NEM - North European Modularization
NEM unites organizations with a shared goal for modularity and innovative solutions. With over 2000 man-years between our members, we boast great expertise and leverage our knowledge and skill to accelerate modular strategies and support industrial companies on their journeys towards transformation and growth.
NEM members join a bi-annual meeting for 2 days at member location. We partner with universities and consultancies to provide industrial companies with access to research and methodologies on modularization. Members exchange experience and knowledge directly or through workstreams and projects.
Our modularization workshops are tailored to your needs and can be delivered in your company, as part of projects with university or consultancy partners, or as kick-off management workshops led by our experts.
People can gain insights from international experts, develop a shared understanding, and learn from others. We have a unique Certification program in Modularization and can run both virtual and physical programs.
We are working on various projects such as the Center for Modularization, Artificial Intelligence in Modular Development and modular Road to Circular Economy. Our partners provide essential support with their deep knowledge according to our business model.
Our workstreams offer modularization enthusiasts from different organizations a non-competitive space to connect, collaborate, and share knowledge. The workstreams discuss important modularization subjects supporting the knowledge base with rules and recommendations.
We support our member companies on their individual paths towards modularization, facilitate opportunities for learning and sharing experience, and we act as sounding board in larger programs.
